Cancellations
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept cancellations after the first 24 hours, (once the material has been cut).
Returns
Returns will be accepted only if authorization and a return number have been given by the factory. Merchandise being returned must be returned in original packaging. Please contact Customer Service prior to making any returns.
Shipping
Any damage caused by the transport of the products is not the responsibility of Window Trends. Claims should be made directly to the carrier within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods. Any items over 9 feet may be subject to a freight charge. Call Customer Service for a quote.
Incorrect or Faulty Product
In the event that the product is incorrect or faulty, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service for repair or replacement options.
Guarantee
Fabric Specifications: Fabrics may stretch or shrink from 0-2%. There may be slight colour variations between dying lots. Cupping (the slight curve of the blind’s edges) may occur within 1-inch tolerance. Twisting may occur up to 10 degrees in one direction. Any or all of the above conditions may occur and are uncontrollable due to atmosphere conditions; such as exposure to sun, temperature, or humidity.
Window Trends blinds are covered by a factory guarantee on the roller and chain system, against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. Changes in the colour of any fabric are guaranteed for one year.
Note: Our guarantee does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, misuse or improper installation. Any repairs or alterations not performed by our plant make this guarantee null and void. Being a natural product, any products may have slight irregularities in finish and colour.
